Free Hosting Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Free hosting is available exclusively to clients who meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Selected the Standard Static Package or limited addons Premium Package
• Maintain an active monthly maintenance plan ($25 USD/month)
• Website has no backend or database requirements
• All payments are current and up to date

2. Monthly Maintenance Fee

Clients receiving free hosting agree to pay a mandatory monthly maintenance fee of $25 USD, due on the 1st of each month. This fee includes:

• Security monitoring and vulnerability patching
• Monthly backups
• Performance optimization
• Priority support (24-hour response time)
• Monthly Analytics Reports
• Uptime monitoring
• Content updates (up to 2 hours/month)
• Free SSL certificate for life

3. Late Payment Policy

The following schedule applies to late maintenance fee payments:

• 30 days late: Free hosting payment reminder sent.
• 60 days late: VJAM Solutions will issue a formal 30-day take-down notice via email.
• 90 days late: Free Hosting will be terminated. Client must arrange their own hosting within 14 days. VJAM Solutions will provide website files upon request or assist with paid hosting setup.

Disclaimer: VJAM Solutions is not responsible for any revenue losses or damages resulting from the termination of free hosting services. Free hosting is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our main goal for free hosting is to assist small businesses in establishing their online presence.

4. Hosting Revocation Process

If free hosting is revoked due to non-payment:

• Client receives written notification via email
• Client has 14 days to arrange alternative hosting after revocation
• VJAM Solutions will provide website files (ZIP archive) upon request within the 14-day grace period
• VJAM Solutions will then offer client to purchase hosting whether from us or external hosting. We provide recommendations based on the client's needs.

5. Reinstatement

Clients whose free hosting has been revoked may request reinstatement by:

• Paying all outstanding maintenance fees.
• Paying a $25 USD reactivation fee.
• Submitting a written request to [email protected]

Reinstatement is at the sole discretion of VJAM Solutions and may take up to 24hrs to 5 business days to process.

Note: Reactivation fee is non-negotiable and must be paid in full.

6. Financial Considerations & Discounts

VJAM Solutions will consider discounts to assist clients ONLY if:

• Client is a non-profit organization
• Client has been with VJAM Solutions for at least 12 months
• Client has submitted a formal request about financial issues (that must include documentation of their financial situation)

Note: Discounts are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. VJAM Solutions reserves the right to deny any discount request that does not meet the above criteria. All discount requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. However, reactivation fee is non-negotiable for revoked clients after 90 days.

7. What Free Hosting Includes

Free hosting is provided through Cloudflare Pages and includes:

• Lightning-fast global CDN
• Free SSL certificate (HTTPS)
• Unlimited bandwidth
• 99.9% uptime guarantee
• DDoS protection

8. What Free Hosting Does NOT Include

• WordPress or PHP hosting
• Database support (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Server-side scripting (Node.js, Python, Ruby)
• Email hosting
• 24/7 phone support

9. Modifications to This Policy

VJAM Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance.
